Appointment guide
Duration
Your wedding dress fitting appointment takes about
2 to 3 hours.
Consultancy fee
We charge a fee of CHF 80.- for the consultation.

This includes an exclusive, private consultation, the exclusive use of the entire Bridal Boutique,
snacks as well as drinks for you and your accompanying persons.
​
When you buy a wedding dress, the amount of CHF 80.- will be deducted in full from the purchase price.
Accompanying persons
You may bring a maximum of 4 people to your wedding dress fitting.
​
Please contact us in advance if you would like to take more people with you.
Underwear
We recommend wearing light-colored underwear and a strapless bra if necessary.
Wedding dress order &
delivery
Before we order your wedding dress from Yolancris Barcelona, we take your measurements so that your dress can be made to fit you perfectly.
​
The delivery time for standard orders is 12 to a maximum of 16 weeks.
Customised, tailor-made wedding dresses
In the Lovely Fairytales bridal boutique you have the opportunity to create a customised design exclusively drafted by Yolancris Barcelona.
Available dress sizes
Our wedding dresses on display are all in size 38, but thanks to special pinning techniques, brides with a smaller or slightly larger dress size can easily try them on.

​Wedding dresses can be ordered in EU sizes 32 to 48.
​

Rush orders
Express orders are possible with a surcharge of 15% of the wedding dress price.
​
This is applied when a wedding dress is needed in less than 8 weeks.
Down payment &
final payment
When ordering your wedding dress, a deposit of 60% of the purchase price is required.
The remaining 40% is not due until the adjustment appointment of the wedding dress.
​
We accept the following means of payment:
Debit card, credit card and cash.
Adjustments
Adjustments are not included in the purchase price of the wedding dress and will be charged additionally.
Adjustments can be made in our in-house atelier by our experienced tailoress.
When to arrange a fitting appointment
We recommend that you arrange a fitting at least
9 to 6 months before your wedding. This will allow enough time for the wedding dress to be produced and any adjustments to be made.
Appointment cancellations or postponements
We kindly ask you to postpone or cancel
fitting appointments at least 72 hours before the agreed appointment.
Return policy
There is no right of cancellation or return for wedding dresses and accessories ordered after conclusion of the contract.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at Lovely Fairytales.
